Please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at our office on time.  We recommend allowing 30 minutes prior to your first visit to complete registration forms, verify insurance eligibility and to register you into our electronic records system.  For established patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to verify your insurance eligibility and finalize any payments.  If you are late for your scheduled appointment by 20 minutes or more, we reserve the right to request you to reschedule.

A:Routine Visit typically is a short 15-minute appointment to address a new, single problem, or to do a quick follow up one existing problem.

Complete Physicals are wellness exams.  Our providers perform preventive exams to find new concerns rather than solely treating existing problems.  A physical will be different for each person depending on his or her age, gender, and family history.  For women 18-25 years of age in relatively good health, only a
gynecological exam may be needed on a periodic basis.

Patients are encouraged to make a separate appointment to address specific medical concerns because doing so during a wellness visit may incur additional charges that your insurance may or may not cover.
We typically prefer to schedule Complete Physical exams in the spring and summer months, after the busy winter cold and flu season.

JUST A HINT - it is generally easiest to make an advanced appointment or get a same day appointment on Wednesday and Thursday.  Monday and Fridays are always the busiest days.
